The Team

Founded by Roberta Isgrò, the group’s Creative Director,  and Guido Scala, Marketing & Communication Consultant.

Gabriele Gori joined the management team in 2017 as UK Chief Operating Officer to drive the expansion in the UK market.

Roberta Isgrò

Roberta Isgrò has been involved since 2003 in Business and Sales Management in various industries from medical to commercial. In the last 5 years she has focused on Food and Beverage as Creative Director for VNK, managing various Restaurants and Clubs, as well as events connected with Food and Music.

Gabriele Gori

Gabriele Gori is a senior Hospitality Consultant with vast experience in the catering industry, having worked with companies such as Pret a Manger, Paul UK, Gail’s and Whole Foods Market. His work experience ranges from Cafes and Bakeries to Supermarkets, Production Sites and Large Events Management. He has been involved in numerous retail and restaurant openings in his career and he has joined VNK in 2017 to promote and support the expansion if the group in the UK.

Guido Scala

Guido Scala has worked as Business and Manager Consultant since 2000, acquiring skills in the field of  planning and innovation as Project Manager with a background in process analysis and reengineering, functional analysis and support. In the last 8 years he has specialized in the field of Food and Beverage, mainly dealing with the development of new businesses and the opening and management of new venues.

The VNK team, which also includes the specific skills of Marco Libanore (Music and Logistics), Lorenzo Naddeo (Digital and IT) and Edoardo Galliani (Event Manager), has consolidated experience in the production and organization of events, particularly in the food & music and in the direct management of multiple venues in Turin.
