Planet Organic is a chain of organic supermarkets founded by René Elliott’s in 1995 to promote health in the community and bring a sense of discovery and adventure into food shopping. It have 7 stores in central London with 200 employees and a £25M yearly sales.
What we did:
- Worked with the Prepared Food team to improve efficiency and speed up service
- Restructured the food display to maximise efficiency and speed of service
- Reduced the head count in the servery and saved labour
- Organised the mise-en-place of the Juice Bar to improve speed of service
- Worked with the HR team to improve employee and customer engagement
